Poetry is a great outlet to release pain, and anger, and hopelessness, too. If you are feeling bad, write down what you feel – it will help, I guarantee it.

I have written poems and song lyrics all my life, and sometimes I think they were the only thing that kept me from going off the deep end.

I’m publishing my poetry on Payhip so I can have it in a more permanent form than my internet blog, and in the hope that the reader may find some solace or peace in the words I say. We are all in this together – some of us just have more pain to bear than others.
