In and Out of the Abyss - A Poem

 

IN AND OUT OF THE ABYSS

I'm in the dark, I'm in the sun,

I know I've lost, I think I've won.

I'm up the ladder, I'm down the drain,

I'm completely aware, I'm totally insane.

I've hit the mark - oh, no, I've missed!

This is my life, in and out of the Abyss.
